Basically, what are you reading right now? Do you like it? Love it? Hate it? Want to burn it with a fiery passion?
I just finished Kelley Armstrong's Men of the Otherworld book, which is chocked full of short stories, a ton centering around my fave psychotic sociopath of a blond haired blue eyed werewolf.
Next up for me, I'm going back to my ARC of Turn Coat.

I so miss reading for fun! That is the only drawback of my current schedule. I don't get to read half as much as I would like. TBR pile is this Everest-style mountain that is in danger of consuming my bookshelf.
Books on the top of my reading list (in no particular order)
last 2 Kim Harrison books (yes, I'm seriously behind) last 2 Simon Green Nightside books Rachel Vincent's Pride Vick Pettersson's last 2 Zodiac books a pile of Jim Butcher's Dresden books Mark Henry's Zombie books
and that's just some of the highlights.
The last book I read and finished is Christine Feehan's latest Carpathian book (shoot me for not remembering the title at the moment, I'm going on too little sleep). I thought it was really good, but I've enjoyed all the Carpathian books that I've read.

Heh ... I know what you mean about having more limited time to read ... I've been writing entirely too much on entirely too many different things lately, but making decent progress. so reading will be slow going.

I just finished Kim Harrison's last book. I enjoyed it. As usual it got REALLY good at the end and now I can't wait for next one. I was reading the Dark Hunter Series and find them a bit too formula for me. I can't seem to pick up the next book in the series. I like books that keep me from doing housework for. Books that have me locked in my room while the kids trash the house...yeah, those are hard to find. The last series of book i was that obsessed over was the Dante Valentine Series. Besides all the books I have that i don't feel an overwhelming need to read the books I am waiting for are:
Dayhunter Dead and Gone - Next Sookie book Undead and Unwelcome - Next Betsy Book
Everything else is just filler. Like I said..i HATE the wait between books.

Well I'm all caught up on Jeaniene Frost, Kim Harrison, Vicki Pettersson, and Rachel Vincent. Yes, I follow a lot of author blogs lol. Right now I'm currently trying to find time to work my way through the Dante Valentine series by Lilith Saintcrow, and the Dresden Files by Jim Butcher. But lately I've had a very strong desire to reread the Tomorrow series by John Marsden (Austrailan author; books are set in Australia)--> great series about a group of teens who go camping in the Australia bush and return to find that a war has begun in their country. It's set in modern day, so not a historical fiction. They become a sort of guerilla force and it's an absolutely amazing series. Unfortunately, it's difficult to get a hold of the books in the U.S.

The Tomorrow series is one of my all time favs! I think I'm just going to order them off of Amazon one by one because I have this burning need to reread them and I want my own copies! Yeah, I know I could always hunt them down at the library but I'm doing my part to help out the economy, what can I say? I kind of wish I had my copy of Paper Towns with me (Author- John Green) because I want to re-read that too.

I'll have to add the Tomorrow series to my TBR list.
Over the weekend, I ordered a PILE of Batman graphic novels. I haven't a clue as to when I will read them, but I'm trying to prepare for the upcoming "Battle for the Cowl" series. Apparently, somewhere along the way Jason Todd (one of the Robins) came back from the dead and I'm trying to figure that one out.
If you didn't know, I'm an insane Batman fan.

Books I'm waiting for : 1) Dayhunter of course! 2) The Awakening by Kelley Armstrong 3) Lover Avenged by JR Ward 4) Fragile Eternity by Melissa Marr
somehow my #1-3 are all going to be released on the same day.

WOOHOO it's spring break!! You know what that means!
Yes, first thing on Friday, after my friends and I had our fun play day at the gardens, I went to the bookstore and picked up a copy of Grave Peril (Jim Butcher), The Devil's Right Hand (Lilith Saintcrow), Red (Jordan Summers), and A Rush of Wings (Adrian Phoenix). So far I've read the first two. Going to star A Rush of Wings tonight or tomorrow. I looked for the Tomorrow series at Borders and they didn't have any, so I guess I really am going to have to order them off the internet. Sigh.

Sounds like a good plan. I've got just a few more chapters left of Book 4 and then I'm going to take a short break and catch up on some reading. The hard part is going to be choosing which books to read.

Besides reading fanfics of anime online, I've been slowly reading Warrior by Marie Brennan. I got it and the sequel Witch the same time I got Nightwalker. The book kind of has an old world, Xena like time feeling without all the gods. It's an okay book. The characters are interesting enough but it's not really pulling me into their world. I read it now probably once a week right before lab meeting.
Another book I have on hold is Gregory Maguire's Son of a Witch. I had read Wicked first and saw the play a few months ago before it left Chicago. I feel that I would likely need to re-read Wicked and march straight into Son of a Witch for the best experience.

Burned through Nightwalker - excellent book Joce can't wait for Dayhunter to hit the shelves. Up to date on my Kim Harrison - my favorite author in the genre next to Joce. Currently listening to The Host after having read it several months ago (much better than the Twilight series IMO). Also getting ready to start the new Simon Green book - he's just so twisted, i love it!

I'm currently reading
Nice Girls Don't Have Fangs from Molly Harper... I haven't laughed so hard with a book in years. I keep on gigling and laughing out loud. This is a really funny book, about a librarian Jane who is mistaken for a deer one night and shot. She was "saved" by a vampire, and now she has to deal with it. Unemployed, Undead ....life has to go on.
