What is your guilty pleasure song, or who is your guilty pleasure artist?
For me, it is high school musical. *ducks*

After listening to so much NIN, Marilyn Manson, and Street Sweeper Social Club, Lady Gaga definitely sounds like a guilty pleasure for me. I am surprised every time I play a song how much I like it.

I was going to say Lady Gaga too. I'll go with Taylor Swift. I can NOT admit to anyone in RL that I like her....she's country FOR GODS SAKE. *hides head in shame*

Muahahahah exactly! I listen to Nin, Black Light Burns, Marilyn Manson... and i still love the song Bad Romance by Lady Gaga . But i'll never admit that to my friends ;D . The 'glee' soundtrack is also my guilty pleasure.

I don't have guilty pleasure music ... I like everything except christmas/christian music, even some country ... but I don't watch glee, and I don't have a radio in my car, so *shrugs*

Hey now, there's nothing wrong with country! It's basically all I listen to lol.
If you could spend a day shadowing anyone, or spend one day anywhere in the world, who or what would it be?
I would love love love to go behind the scenes of the harry potter movies or the wizarding world theme park in orlando. Following that same line of thought, I'd love to spend a day with JK Rowling. What an amazing woman!

I'd like to spend a day with an author, possibly look over their shoulder to watch the writing process. I'd love to see the process from mind to paper.

Um.... I'm kinda with newfie, except I already write so I know that process, but I think I'd just like to go out to lunch or dinner with an author (specifically someone from my top 5) and just sit and talk about whatever comes up.

I have had one of those weeks. So...
What do you do to unwind?
I like to sit down at the end of the business week (or, rather school week for me) and cook up some comfort foods and allow myself to veg out and watch tv or cuddle up with a good book and a glass of wine. I allow myself the comfort of pretending that I have absolutely no obligations. In general, I don't do anything of use or purpose. Only what I feel like doing.

I actually got to do it once. I hung out with Kim Harrison one day while we both worked on our respective books. It was fun to work beside someone on a very individual project and yet have someone to bounce thoughts of.
If I could go anywhere for one day right now, I would go to a private beach in Fiji with a hammock out over the pure blue water.
What do you do to unwind?
I watch cartoons whenever possible and I also play a number of video games. I need something that allows me to completely shut my brain down.

In light of recent events....the next question of the day!
Which olympic event, winter or summer games, would you compete in?
I would definitely be competing in the equestrian games.

*laughs* equestrian ... mostly dressage ... I actually used to have a horse trained in it and a couple that had the basics down .... also doesn't hurt that I spent the first 10 years of my life mostly on the back of a horse

I love the equestrian games! I used to compete but these days I have no time to ride more than once a week because school, unfortunately, has to come first.

I had to sell all my horses when I moved to the city to get a job and try to go to college ... now all I do is work and read. and now all this talk of horses makes me want to go back and reread the old black stallion books ...I grew up on those.

hey Jocelynn ... any good recommendations for food in Cinncy? I'll be down there on Wed for Kim's signing and it's my birthday, so a friend is taking me out for dinner while we're down there.
