Seems like the original thread was for Jocelynn, but I have some fun questions lined up so please feel free to answer, and even ask some of your own!!
Question of the Day:
For those who have read Harry Potter: What do you think your animagus form is?
For those who have not read Harry Potter: If you could turn into an animal, what animal would you select and why?
I would like my animagus form would probably be a small horse, like a little Arabian, since I am so into horses! I also think some sort of wild cat would be fun, and between the horse and wildcat, I would probably last longer as a wildcat because i'm so clumsy and cats seem to have an innate grace which would be nice to have for once!

Animagus, huh?
That's kind of hard. I think I would go for a panther. Sleek, sneaky, and devilishly dangerous. I just love cats. The bigger, the better. I see lions at the zoo and just want to cuddle with them and pet their big paws.

Woohoo, this is fun!
Question of the Day:
If you could pick one memorable event or journey in your life to turn into a movie, what would it be and what would you call the movie?
Before I started college I showed horses. I think I would probably like to go back to one of those shows and just make a movie of me and the other girls showing and having fun because I really miss those days. Or I would pick one of the many summers that I worked at the barn summer camps. I would probably call it "Equine Summer" or something like that.

My memorable event is somewhat cliche. But for my 30th birthday, I went out to Las Vegas alone and met up with a friend. I met a number of interesting people, partied really hard, and just lived for several days on the Strip.
It would sort of be a chick flick, personal awakening type of movie with lots of dancing, drinking, and good times.
I suck at titles, but I think I would go with "Vegas Nights"
All right, some other people have to answer this question too!

I agree. I'm not posting a new question until at least one or two other people answer this question! And you KNOW WHO YOU ARE.

can't I just run away for a few more days again? no? okay ...
mine would probably be some kind of mishmash of my whole life and overcoming odds kinda of thing ... a real tear jerker ... having to deal with my dad being an idiot and unreliable and irresponsible and never around even when he said he would or at important times when he should have ... and overcoming that only to deal with the death of my mother and being almost completely abandoned by everyone else when I was only 17 and having to understand and cope with my grief on my own until someone else stepped in and showed me the way to pull myself back up....though, the happy ending would totally have to be faked ....still haven't found mine yet. as for titles, ummmmmmmmm .... 'Rolling Downhill' or something equally odd.

My life as a movie? More like a comedy skit *laugh* A collection of mishaps and falling over and arguments with people over nothing. As for a name, I wouldn't know. Probably something like, '...Seriously?'

I'm just going to pop in...don't mind me...
Hmm, let's see. The part of my life that would be a movie? oh, i know. I would say, 2006 when I got togther with a group of other homeschooling moms and our adventures/misadventures. We were not the typical homeschooling mothers. We had drinking playdates, drinking birthday parties, any occasion actually was an occasion to break out the booze. It's never too early to start drinking fyi. We'd get together at 10 am start the vodka (while the kids played happily in the other room) and then sober up by 4 so we could drive home to cook dinner. There was backstabbing, gossip, and other unmentionable things.....oh, yeah, good times. It would have to be called Secret Diary of a Homeschooling Mom. If I had any kind of writing talent it would have made a crazy book. lol Sadly the ending is that the group broke apart, I moved and now most of us don't speak. But...at the time, it was the best. There IS a moral to the story though. lol

Dang newfiewife, that is one heck of a story!
Right now, as I type up this question, the final season of Lost is premiering. I have never watched this TV show, but I hear it is excellent. I don't doubt it, but I choose to not immerse myself into this obsessive culture. Harry Potter is enough for me!
What is your favorite 'classic' literature? Mine is Pride and Prejudice, by Jane Austen. I also enjoyed A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens.

Favorite classics...do I have to pick one?
Pride and Prejudice, Jane Eyre, Wuthering Heights. Hmm, I love me some Jane Austen for sure, and some Charlotte and Emily Bronte. I do like Thomas Hardy's Mayor of Casterbridge.
Alice In Wonderland - I remember reading that as a kid and when Alice eats and drinks to grow big or little - I remember how vivid it seemed when I read it.
