my favourite is Ilona Andrew's Kate Daniels series... for those who know me from her forum ... not really surprising, huh? I really, really adore Mira too, though. And I def. also love Nalini Singh's Psy/Changeling books, though the last two installments were not quite as good as the others. But I'm looking forward to the next one, Play of Passion. Also, the night huntress series, though the smexing is a bit too graphic for my taste in places. I also adore both the Mercedes Thompson and Alpha and Omega series by Patty Briggs. I really like Lisa Shearin's Raine Benares series. Karen Marie Moning's Fever series, though the constant cliffhangers make me want to SCREAM! Gosh. So many good series.

Ok not to sound like a brown noser but this one. Dark Days
2nd Marianne Mancusi - Blood Coven Vampire, it's a shamelessly silly parade. That managers to be romantic ,exiting and Funny as it is silly! You really got no idea your enjoying it till you realize you read it straight threw for 5 hours laughing. (how bad can it get? Two words Werewolf Cheerleaders) 3rd Diana Rowland's - Kara Gillian, it's a about demon summoning detective and a FDI agent that loves her and the God like Demon Lord She can not resist Sleeping with becouse he's inhumanly Angelically Perfect Being. And who is she going to wind up with? Diana Rowland was a Real Police CSI worker so it's got a Very realistic world feel to it! And Police Procedure Done Right!
4th Kim Harrison- The Hollows series
5th Jackie Kessler- Hell on Earth, very funny Demons.
6th - Laurell Hamilton- Mery Gentry ,dose that make me a Perv? Maybe but the Elves are done as they wear in legend. The Shea are put back in there rightful place as Scary Sexy Romantic Monsters!

Jocelynn...I don't know if you've had a chance to catch up on that TBR pile, but I hope you are able to do so soon. As I know you're aware, ALPHA was released....hope you can get to it soon. Rachel did a fantastic job wrapping up the series.

I luuurve me some Trent and Rachel. I seem to find that the two characters who hate each other always have the best chemistry. I thought Rachel and Trent were awesome together even when he had her trapped in the cage behind his desk! lol! I think you are going to LOVE A Perfect Blood then! It was beyond epic with it's Trent/Rachel moments. . .

I just looked and saw that I haven't done a list of favorite series since this board started. Here is my original list:
1. Kim Harrison -- Rachel Morgan Series 2. Rachel Vincent -- Shifters series 3. Vicki Pettersson -- Zodiac series 4. Simon Green -- Nightside series 5. Jim Butcher -- Dresden series 6. Charlaine Harris -- Southern Vampires series I still love all these authors but I haven't picked up many of these books in a long long time. I think it's time for a new list... or rather some new additions:
7. Kerrelyn Sparks -- Love at Stake series 8. Pamela Palmer -- Feral series 9. Larissa Ione -- Incubus series 10. Richard Kadrey -- Sandman Slim series 11. Edgar R. Burroughs -- Tarzan series 12. Lynsay Sands -- Vampire series 13. Elizabeth Hoyt -- don't know the name, but it's her most recent historical romance series
So, what is your current favorite series? How has your reading taste changed over the past few years?

You know, I have yet to read a Stephen King book, though I own three. I guess it's time to put it on my to-do list. Though, no scary ones. I've also wanted to try a Kenyon book. I've just got to figure out where to start.

The one Stephen king book out of the 30 that i own I consider my favorite to be Salem's Lot. Also I have read a book by an author named Tim O'Rourke called Vampire Shift. You should give him a try.
