This anthology will feature stories from Kim Harrison, Melissa Marr, Vicki Pettersson, Jeaniene Frost, and Jocelynn Drake. Jocelynn Drake's novella, "The Dead, The Damned, And The Forgotten" is a prequel to "Nightwalker."
Kim Harrison reveals a hidden adventure, as Jenks and Bis investigate a strange haunting ... and find far more than they ever expected. Melissa Marr delivers her first adult story, featuring a young woman struggling to escape the supernatural fate of her family. Jeaniene Frost goes to New Orleans, where Bones must face down a ruthless pair of serial killers, while Vicki Pettersson returns to Sin City and the war between Light and Shadow, and one man's fight for his soul. Jocelynn Drake's tale is set in Savannah, where a strange murder calls the balance between human and nightwalker into question.

i hope we'll get to know more about Mira's life before Danaus came into her life. She often wishes she was back in Savannah , living her life , with her little routine and everything. I'd like to know more about that. So since it's about Mira, set before the Dark days and in Savananah ...i guess i'm gonna like what it's about =)
I wonder if we'll see more of her werewolves friends ? ouhhh i wanna learn more about Knox!! argghhh we really don't know much about this story! This is pure teasing...not fair =D
And i wanna read the other stories too!! I love these authors. I can't wait to read about Jenks and Bis! Yay for anthologies

oh, I was so hoping we'd get somewhere that we could discuss this ... I'm so glad you made a section for it.
I am seriously jonesing for this book ... all the little stories with tidbits that you just can't get in the regular novels, like Mira before she met Danaus ... it'll be weird to see her without him, but to get to know who she was before he showed up and told her about this whole mess ... oh, it'll be glorious indeed.

The novella was really hard to write because I'm not use to that short length in comparison to novels. However, I am getting a positive response to it so far so my fingers are crossed that it turned out well.
And yes, you get a closer look into Knox. Oddly enough, there are a number of characters that appear for the first time in the novella that will be making another appearance in Dawnbreaker. So, it will definitely give Dawnbreaker a little more depth if you read the novella as well. I'm so evil.
