Do you have a favorite scene from the book? I have to admit that I am personally torn. I love the first chapter in the book, the first interaction between Mira and Danaus. It started as the short story so it has a special place in my heart, and it was fun to write. My other favorite is the entire scene in the townhouse between James, Mira, and Danaus. James was always a quiet favorite character of mine. He was so fresh and eager. And then the ALMOST kiss between Mira and Danaus. I'm such a tease. What are your thoughts?

Oooh. I love that scene when Mira and Danaus almost kissed!!!
My favorite scene is when Mira and Danaus first met in the abandon house!! That is when the alliance began!!

Ooh.. I'm torn because the whole book captivated me and made me fall in love with the series! If I have to choose, it will be the first time where Mira & Danaus meet. The little flirting in front of James and lastly.. my favourite: The scene whereby Mira was captured by Rowe and threatened to dump Naturi's blood down her scene... Her decision to die than be captured again.. Danaus being helpless to watch.. Her vulnerability.. Her anguish when Rowe left.. Danaus being gentle to her.. promising never to let any Naturi to take her again.. That whole scene captured every moment beautifully and emotionally.. Well done, Jocelynn!
