I watched a few episodes of Castle. It was really good. I missed quite a few shows but the ones I did watch were a nice mix of suspense, mystery and humor. All in all I'd give it 4 stars.

Castle is amazing ... about a writer that follows around a cop and uses real crimes for inspiration in his novels ....amazingly funny. definitely should watch it

My most recent addiction is NCIS. Funny, emotional, and intense. The humor is especially what keeps me coming back to this show For those who aren't familiar, NCIS stands for Naval Criminal Investigative Service and they investigate crimes and issues related to the navy/marine corp.

Ok so I have read The Vampire Diaries book and I watched the show. There are a lot of changes. I dont think that they are all bad changes. Like instead of a 4 year old little sister Elena has a brother just a little bit younger than her. There are extra characters like instead of Stefan living in the boarding house he moved in with his how ever many great nephew. Anyway it has a lot of changes but I think they changed things because the book were written back in the early 90's and we all know how much the world has changed since then. anyway I think they have just modernized the show.
I enjoyed it, as long as your not one of those people that if it doesnt follow the book exactly then you wont like it.
Basically I think it has a lot of promise to be a very good series.

AHahh Alicia i watch True Blood so i think i can handle some liberties from the book with this series I know i'm always complaining when the Tv show/movie doesn't follow the book religiously but i have to admit it would be very boring it they didn't make some adjustments I hope it'll keep its promises with the following episodes, i'll try to watch this show soon.

After watching the first episode of vampire diaries I am glad I didn't read the book. I can't handle teenage angst. I have never been able to relate to teenagers - even when i was one! I don't think i can watch the rest of the series. It's just not ....enough. There wasn't one character I felt connected to. I might give it another shot by watching the second episode, but I feel I won't love it. blah So dissapointed. Oh, well....Fringe comes back on in a few weeks...weeeeee!!

I agree about no character really connected with me but it was just the first episode, and I have read the books so I'm more open to the show. I agree that I would rather have a show about adults like True Blood with really sexy men and steamy sex. But the Vampire Diaries is a family show, so with that in mind, I liked it.

Everybody Loves Raymond, Family Guy Other than that I don't watch much tv, well besides dvds of my own once in a while, like LOTR, Narnia (first one), Exorcism of Emily Rose, and many many more.

I have never ever seen one episode of Everybody Loves Raymond. I dont really like sitcoms too much. After Three's Company everything else is CRAP! lmao
Most of the time I tivo the shows to watch later, because my husband watches reruns of all the star trek shows. While he's watching DS9 for the 100th time I am usually on the laptop or reading. I have to watch my shows the next day.
Destination Truth came on last week - new episodes, and I can't watch them because I'm in CANADA - sob sob - I did find the show online - thank god. I still can't find episodes of Ghost Hunters, I am watching last seasons' episodes. GRRRRRRR....
I'm going to give Vampire Diaries one more chance. The second episode might be better. Oh, did anyone hear the stars of Vampire Diaries got arrested in GA? tooooo funny.
