Good question. My theory would be that it would strengthen Mira. Why you ask??? Well, though a bori is the naturi's enemy they aren't to the nightwalkers - they're more like the slaves. Nightwalkers (not sure which book it was) were created/based on the bori - blood magic. That's how they were able to capture and exile the naturi through their ties to the bori. It also explains that the lycanthropes and witches were able to do the same to the bori, as the naturi are nature based and can't be controlled the same as the nightwalkers can by the bori. So with that all in mind, I believe that by drinking bori blood it could give Mira a huge amount of power. But on the flip side it would enable Danaus more control over Mira then he had originally. What do you think, feasible?

This is a great answer and I don't think mine will diverge from it too far. I'm still turning it over in my head. I always knew that Mira would hold the line in their relationship and wouldn't bite Danaus so I didn't think too much about the consequences of Mira ingesting bori-laced blood.
Just off the top of my head: It wouldn't kill her. It would taste extraordinarily good, almost like manna from the gods because it is from essentially from her maker. It would not only be empowering, but it would also slake her thirst/bloodlust for a long time. As long as she wasn't injured, she could probably go several weeks without needing to feed again. I think it would also strengthen the tie between Mira and Danaus. I don't know if Danaus would be able to re-exert his control over her, but it would be easier for them to drift in and out of each other's minds. Mira would also have to fight the urge to continue to feed exclusively from Danaus. After tasting the food of the gods from Danaus, the rest of the world would seem like a greasy cheeseburger that's been sitting on the counter for two days. Now, remember that Danaus's is only a partially bori -- not full-blooded. Take all these factors and amplify them by three and you would get the full impact of a nightwalker feeding from a bori.

Explains why she fights not to bite him so hard. Despite them both being so picky over honor, would Mira ever bite Danaus? I mean, now that the Great Awakening is happening and everything, humans might be kind of ....

With mind control and the ability to wipe memories, humans will always be prey, but the nightwalkers just have to be more careful when they do hunt.
For Mira to bite Danaus, she either have to be a.) badly wounded and gushing blood, risking bleeding out during the day and Danaus is the only source of blood ...
or
b.) Danaus finally gets over his squeemishness and persuades Mira into biting him.
Deep down, Mira really does want to bite him. It would be a bonding moment between them, drawing them closer, but she also has this strange idea of wanting to keep something of him "pure." I think if Danaus was sneaky, he would persuade her.
... which could be an interesting story.
