This has been a great conversation and I'm torn as to whether I should add my 2c or not. I think a few things have struck me that I would like to comment on. First, I don't want to say that any theories are right or wrong. They are all brilliantly thoughtout and provide amazing insight into characters that I have created. I am extremely flattered. Second, as for Rowe. The one-eyed naturi has shown amazing dedication and loyalty to his cause to freeing the rest of his people, but I am reluctant to use the word "love" when it comes to him and Aurora. Perhaps I can say this because I know what happens in Burn the Night. Rowe's marriage or match with the queen is a match of convenience and status for their people and respective clans. It isn't a love match. And despite all the horrible things he's done, I have to admire him for his unwavering dedication and loyalty to his cause. Third, Danaus -- is he a tragic figure? Maybe yes. Maybe no. I think the only thing that I don't agree with is the idea of him living a miserable life. He has been very focused and very driven during his existence toward a single goal of not only saving his own soul but protecting people from a deadly and cruel threat. While some nightwalkers might not have deserved death, I have to say that there are some very cruel nightwalkers out there that have deserved the death that he meted out. And while he doesn't speak of it much, there have been minor distractions in his life beyond his main driving goal. If asked, I'm not sure that Danaus would say that he regrets the life he has led. I've got a guest blog to write very soon. I might just ask him that question. Thanks for the idea!

Can you add Stephan on the poll dragondeathlord, would be interesting to see if he gets any votes? Love Valerio but everyone seems to talk about him and Mira, now it would seem predictable. I think another fling, cause Mira still has fond memories of Valerio, hence still wearing his ring, but I think a permanent thing has past.
